Family Team Conference Leader

Position Overview: Promotes effective permanency planning and family engagement as the facilitator of all Family Team Conferences (FTCs) for the Enhanced Family Foster Care (EFFC) program. Responsible for collaboratively engaging families and other decision-making stakeholders in attending and actively participating in meetings Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two years human service experience; experience conducting FTCs preferred. Excellent engagement skills. highly organized, team-oriented professional, skilled at negotiation/collaboration/group facilitation. Demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal skills. Demonstrate computer proficiency; knowledge of Microsoft Suite tools, Zoom, Connections etc. Well organized, able to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple assignments. Knowledge of Child Welfare systems (ACS, OCFS). Knowledge of Foster Care Regulations. This is an in-office role, must be willing to facilitate in person even in a hybrid FTC setting (families participate remotely).
