Talent Advisor (RPO) - High-Impact Social Services AccountOverviewAre you an NYC-based talent expert with a heart for mission-driven work and the grit to manage high-volume, high-complexity portfolios? Randstad Sourceright is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to join our RPO division, serving as the dedicated recruiting partner for a premier New York City non-profit specializing in supportive housing and community services.This isn't just a recruiting role; it's a partnership. Based in the East Harlem/Upper Manhattan market, you will be the critical link between the client's mission to end homelessness and the dedicated professionals required to make that a reality. We need a recruiter who is passionate about social impact and possesses the operational "muscle" to manage a high level of requisitions in a fast-paced, urban environment.Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesStrategic Talent Consultation & High-Volume OwnershipConsultative Partnership: Serve as the primary strategic partner for Hiring Managers within the social services and clinical sectors. You will lead intake calls, influence hiring decisions with real-time NYC market data, and provide innovative solutions for hard-to-fill human services roles.High-Volume Accountability: Take full ownership of a robust requisition load. You must thrive in an urgent, high-pressure environment, evaluating performance against strict SLAs and KPIs to ensure essential community roles are filled.In-Market Expertise: Leverage your local knowledge of the New York talent landscape to navigate the specific challenges of recruiting for site-based programs in Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs.Specialized Sourcing and Pipeline ManagementMission-Driven Sourcing: Develop and execute advanced sourcing methodologies to find specialized talent (Social Workers, Case Managers, Clinical Staff, etc.) who are not just qualified, but deeply mission-aligned.Full-Cycle Management: Proactively manage the candidate journey from initial outreach to final offer, using independent judgment to present a highly qualified slate that meets the client's urgent delivery needs.Advocacy & Negotiation: Act as a brand ambassador for the client, effectively selling the rewards of a career in social services and managing complex offer negotiations in a competitive market.Client & Team CollaborationRPO Excellence: Represent Randstad Sourceright as a seamless extension of the client's HR team, building deep trust and providing a "white glove" service.Integrated Support: Partner with Sourcing Specialists and Coordinators to ensure a synchronized recruiting cycle, maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders.Essential RequirementsBasic QualificationsNYC Market Presence: Must be "in-market" and familiar with the local talent landscape and commuting realities of the New York City area.Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in a consultative recruiting role, serving as the direct point of contact for Hiring Managers.Agency/RPO Background: Demonstrated experience working in a high-pressure, high-volume recruiting environment (RPO, Search Firm, or Agency) supporting external clients.Capacity: Proven ability to successfully manage a higher-than-average requisition load.Technical and Preferred QualificationsMission Alignment: A genuine passion for the social services/non-profit sector and the populations our client serves.ATS Proficiency: Direct, hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS and CRM systems.Sector Expertise: Proven ability to source specialized clinical, administrative, or social service talent.Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.Note: This is a 12+ month contract with the potential for conversion to a full-time permanent role based on performance and account needs.Randstad Sourceright is an Equal Opportunity Employer and makes all employment decisions based solely on the basis of qualifications and without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, protected veteran status or any other legally protected group status.
