This is an outpatient-only opportunity with no deliveries.Candidates must have completed a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) program and have post-training experience in women's health to be considered.J1 Waiver, CONRAD 30, and H1B visa sponsorship available. The role focuses on well-woman care, family planning, chronic gynecologic conditions, and preventive health services in a collaborative outpatient setting.ResponsibilitiesPerform annual well-woman exams and preventive health screeningsConduct Pap smears, STD screening, and gynecologic evaluationsProvide contraception counseling and family planning servicesDiagnose and manage common gynecologic conditions such as abnormal bleeding, PCOS, menopause-related symptoms, and infectionsOrder and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and ultrasoundsPerform in-office procedures such as IUD insertion/removal and contraceptive managementEducate patients on reproductive health, disease prevention, and lifestyle managementCollaborate with OB/GYN physicians and other specialists as neededMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health recordMaintain current licensure and complete required continuing educationQualificationsMaster's Degree from an accredited Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) programCurrent New York State Nurse Practitioner licenseNational Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCC for WHNP)Post-training women's health experience requiredStrong clinical assessment and communication skillsEMR/EHR experience preferredBilingual Spanish is a plusOrganization InformationCompetitive salary range: $130,000-$150,000 annuallyComprehensive benefits packageLarge multispecialty group with offices throughout the five boroughsOver 140 physicians and 100 advanced practice providers currently employedLifestyle InformationMultiple locations available throughout the BronxAccess to all that New York City has to offerAbundant public transportation options RecruitWell Core ValuesOpen communicationSense of urgencyTeamworkAccountabilityDriven to winHigher consciousness
