Equality Charter Elementary School is delighted to begin our search for the founding ECES K-3 instructional team! ECES is seeking "can do", "roll up your sleeves", "above and beyond is the norm" team players who are up for the job of founding teacher. A founding teacher must be someone who is very comfortable with adapting to change, as we anticipate the realities of opening a new school will demand. Most importantly, our founding team members must epitomize our mission, vision and values to serve as brand ambassadors for our community and families, models for our scholars, and accountability partners for one another.
