We are not currently considering out-of-market applicants.Human Resources CoordinatorPosition OverviewBridgeway Partners is seeking an organized, professional, and growth-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support the continued expansion of our company. As a 20-year-old organization with a strong foundation and ambitious plans to double headcount over the next five years, this position will play an important role in helping us attract, onboard, develop, and support exceptional people.This role is ideal for an early-career professional who wants exposure to multiple areas of business operations, recruiting, employee development, and company culture. The HR Coordinator will work closely with leadership and will have visibility into the operational and people-related functions that help drive a growing organization.This is not a highly siloed corporate HR role. It is a hands-on position within a growing entrepreneurial company where accountability, initiative, professionalism, and adaptability matter.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Hiring CoordinationAssist with recruiting activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate communication, and interview coordinationMaintain applicant tracking processes and hiring documentationSupport leadership with sourcing and identifying prospective talentCoordinate onboarding logistics for new hiresHelp ensure candidates and new employees experience a professional and organized hiring processOnboarding & Employee SupportFacilitate new hire onboarding processes and orientation preparationCoordinate employee documentation, systems access, and training schedulesSupport employee engagement initiatives and company culture activitiesAssist employees with HR-related questions and administrative requestsHelp maintain employee files and HR records with confidentiality and accuracyTraining & DevelopmentCoordinate internal training schedules and development programsAssist with maintaining training materials and onboarding resourcesHelp track employee progress through onboarding and development milestonesSupport ongoing initiatives focused on employee growth and retentionOffice & Operational CoordinationHelp maintain a professional, organized, and high-quality office environmentCoordinate with vendors, building-related services, and office suppliersAssist with company events, meetings, and internal operational projectsSupport leadership with administrative and organizational initiatives as neededHR Administration & ComplianceMaintain accurate employee records and organizational documentationAssist with HR reporting, compliance tracking, and policy administrationSupport payroll and benefits administration processes as neededHelp ensure consistency in HR procedures and communicationQualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related fieldStrong organizational and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProfessional verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentStrong sense of accountability and follow-throughProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general business softwarePreferred QualificationsInternship or early professional experience in HR, recruiting, operations, administration, or customer serviceExperience coordinating schedules, meetings, or projectsFamiliarity with LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, or applicant tracking systemsInterest in long-term career growth within operations, HR, or leadershipCharacteristics We ValueWe are looking for individuals who:Take ownership without needing constant directionHandle responsibility with professionalism and maturityAre coachable and eager to learnThrive in environments with high expectationsCommunicate confidently and respectfullyCare about creating a positive and professional workplaceCan balance structure with adaptabilityCareer Growth OpportunityThis position is designed to grow with the company and offers significant long-term advancement potential for the right individual.
