You'll play a key role in building a strong safety culture, driving accountability, and developing the next generation of manufacturing leaders.What You'll LeadLead and develop supervisors and production teams across multiple shiftsOwn daily production execution to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targetsSet priorities, allocate resources, and adjust schedules to meet changing demandsDrive accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the departmentAnalyze production data, identify gaps, and lead process improvement initiativesPartner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and HR to support staffing, training, and performanceSafety Leadership Is EssentialSafety leadership is paramount.
