Job Description: AriensCo is excited to be hiring a Journeyworker, Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at our Brillion, WI location! In this role, you'll play a key part in installing, maintaining, and keeping our industrial machinery and equipment running at peak performance.Pay: Starting at $32.00/hour plus $2,000 sign on bonusSchedule & Shift: Monday - Friday; 1:00 AM-1:00PMDAY TO DAY...Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work proceduresDismantle machinesMove machinery and equipmentAssemble and install equipment such as shafting, conveyors, and tram railsAlign machines and equipmentAssemble machines, and bolts, welds, rivets, or otherwise fastens them to foundation or other structuresRepair and lubricate machines and equipmentInstall robots and modifies its programInstalls / troubleshoot electrical panels, wiring, and transformer according to National electrical codeEnsure machine safety requirements are in place and followedParticipate and train as needed with Machine TPM programsQUALIFICATIONS...Completion of a State Licensed Journeyworker Apprenticeship Program requiredA minimum of 5 years professional experience preferredDemonstrate ability to troubleshoot CNC equipment and equipment with PLC'sMust be able to perform complex diagnostic, repair and preventive activities in at least two of the following categories:Electrical (facility or machinery)Complex hydraulic or pneumaticCNC machinesCNC controllersElectronic repairsComplex mechanicalHVAC knowledgeWORK ENVIRONMENT...Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a dayMust be able to use hands to position parts in placeMust be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 lbsMust wear required Personal Protective EquipmentApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.About AriensCoSince 1933, the AriensCo name has been associated with reliable, durably crafted, high-performance outdoor power equipment.
