The Role The Shipping & Logistics Lead is responsible for leading outbound shipping operations and supporting the end-to-end flow of materials across the facility. This role ensures all materials are prepared, documented, and shipped accurately, compliantly, and on schedule, while supporting overall material flow within the operation You will play a key role in maintaining audit readiness, supporting production continuity, and partnering cross-functionally across Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
