Position Overview Licensed or license"‘eligible psychologists (EdD, PsyD, or PhD) are needed to provide outpatient services at our group office. Candidates will deliver evidence"‘based interventions for adults and/or children and adolescents dealing with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders (depression, bipolar), chronic stress, impulse"‘control issues, grief, adjustment disorders, and behavioral, social or emotional challenges. Work is available on a hybrid schedule, combining telehealth from a home office with in"‘office sessions at one of our locations. Responsibilities Deliver individual and group psychotherapy using evidence"‘based modalities to diverse client populations. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and progress reviews. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our EMR system. Participate in peer consultation groups and multidisciplinary case discussions. Advise on risk management and comply with practice policies. Optionally supervise interns and postdoctoral fellows for additional compensation. Qualifications EdD, PsyD, or PhD with a licensure or license"‘eligible status in Massachusetts. Experience with evidence"‘based treatments for trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and related conditions. Strong communication skills and cultural competence across diverse populations. Proficiency with telehealth platforms and willingness to work in a hybrid format.
