This role will report to the Retail Excellence Manager East. This role is based in Pennsylvania supporting Philadelphia and Washington DC areas.Your OpportunityAs an In-Store Specialist and expert of your region, you will be responsible for acting as the liaison between the corporate teams and store management teams to maximize sales at the door level for specified department store accounts. You will be responsible for driving sales, training, and meeting sales goals in the specified territory for all brands in the Kering Eyewear portfolio.Job DescriptionHow Will You ContributeDrive sales in dedicated stores, working closely with the regional manager on strategies and initiatives to improve your businessAchieve sales goals across all brands and dedicated stores, actively seeking opportunities to push business and advance our brandsMaintain pristine merchandising of all Kering Eyewear brands, ensuring competitive facings and positioning on the floorRegularly visit department store accounts to build key relationships, push retail sales, merchandise and restock floors, maintain facings and positioning of brands, and general maintenance of businessUtilize reports (i.e., Skypad and Go Spot Check) to analyze and manage your business, efficientlyBuild strong working relationship with cross-functional departments (i.e., sales, marketing, store associates and management, etc.)Remain current on trends affecting the business and opportunities for growthProvide feedback to the regional manager regarding insight on missed opportunities, best-sellers, and competitive feedbackIdentify, manage, and execute in-store marketing initiatives (i.e., trunk shows, pop-ups, brand visibility moments) to drive the business and enhance brand awarenessProvide the highest possible customer service while visiting stores and manage follow-up with clients as needed based on repairs, damages, special requestsWho You Are1 year of retail sales experience; luxury and/or eyewear experience is a plusUnderstanding of luxury fashion categoryExceptional communication skills, follow through and precise attention to specifics - retail is detailCollaborative, solution-oriented, and proactiveProven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable resultsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationshipsProficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookSchedule40 hours / 5 days per week, Tuesday-SaturdayTravel around Pennsylvania supporting Philadelphia and Washington DC areas; candidate must have reliable car transportationWhy work with us?This is a fabulous opportunity to join the Kering Eyewear adventure and to actively contribute to the development of the business by becoming part of a thriving Company in a global Luxury Group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
