Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction and installation activities from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. This role serves as a key liaison between field teams, project partners, leadership, and customers, driving communication, coordination, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Attend construction and installation meetings to monitor progress, coordinate with stakeholders, and resolve field-related issues in a timely manner. Develop, maintain, and regularly update the master project schedule to align planned milestones with field execution. Review inventory logs weekly with field teams to confirm material availability, identify shortages, and mitigate schedule risks. Provide regular project updates to senior leadership for inclusion in executive reports, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Prepare and distribute weekly status reports to internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent communication on project performance and upcoming activities. Review installation progress tracking systems weekly with field teams to ensure work is progressing according to schedule. Review quality assurance plans with field teams to identify risks, quality concerns, and required corrective actions. Report project status during customer-facing calls, clearly communicating milestones, deliverables, and any potential impacts to schedule or scope. Facilitate weekly coordination meetings with field teams and project partners to review progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with execution plans. Support procurement activities, including ordering additional equipment or materials as needed to support installation efforts. Manage all Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and timely resolution. Administer change management processes, including scope changes, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Manage invoice processing and approvals, ensuring accuracy, contractual alignment, and timely submission for payment. Identify client concerns or service-related issues and escalate internally as needed to ensure timely resolution and maintain client satisfaction.
