If you take pride in detail, love working with your hands, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Job ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate automatic and/or manual screen printing presses (e.g., M&R, Riley Hopkins, etc.)Burn screens, register artwork, and mix inks to match Pantone colors as neededLoad/unload garments, align prints accurately, and ensure ink coverage meets quality standardsMaintain a clean, organized print stationInspect finished garments for alignment, clarity, and defectsWork with the production team to meet tight deadlines and daily print quotasAssist with reclaiming, coating, and burning screens in the darkroom when neededRequirementsExperience: 1+ year screen printing preferred (on-the-job training available for quick learners)Strong attention to detail and ability to work on repetitive tasks without losing focusBasic understanding of inks, mesh counts, and press registrationPhysically able to lift 30 to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and handle heat from dryersWillingness to learn and adapt in a growing businessTeam-oriented, punctual, and reliableBonus Skills (Not Required, but Valued)Experience with simulated process or 4-color process printingFamiliarity with screen printing software or RIP systemsKnowledge of embroidery, heat transfer vinyl, or sublimationBilingual (English/Spanish)Why Work With Us?Competitive Pay: $16 - $22/hour depending on skillFlexible scheduling options for part-time and full-time rolesOpportunity to grow with a local business expanding rapidlySupportive team culture focused on quality and improvementCreative, hands-on work with a variety of garments and designsYou're not just a number we recognize skill, initiative, and reliability
