Communicate effectively with co-workers using verbal, written, and electronic communication.Work effectively in a team-environment.Work independently and with other team members to solve daily production concerns.Work independently and within the work team to complete individual and team goals.Implement daily production planning for multiple task assignments.Utilize PLEX applications to accurately complete data entry requirements and access project requirements and specifications. Learn, train, and implement production workflow assignments within the team environment. Take initiative to explore production alternatives and make recommendations for improving efficiency.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalentDESIRED SKILLS FOR THE JOB:Experience with computer information system input and usage.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to work in team environment. Ability to stand for long periods of times - up to 10 hours a day.Read a measuring tape in inches and millimeters (required)Knowledge of moving saws (preferred, but not required)Machine operating of saws (preferred, but not required)Ability to lift up to 50lbs or more consistently.First Shift hours are 5:30am to 2:00pm, Monday - Thursday.
