Factory Location: Breinigsville, PACompensation: $29.00 / hourShift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours workedSchedule: Monday - Friday 8:00PM - 4:00AMAbility to work holidays and weekends per business needs Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locationsMaintain and update transportation KPI (key performance indicator) reportsCommunicate with clients by phone/email to arrange pickup/delivery times and delivery updatesManage loads through our Transportation Management SystemBe proactive in identifying potential shipment issues and communicating them to other impacted departmentsHelp manage and assist third party carriersOversee driver delivery times and load completion timelinessAssist in keeping the department in DOT & FDA complianceEngage and embrace Primo Brands Continuous ExcellenceDeliver business results in line with the Supply Chain Operations Master PlanConduct business in line with Primo Brands Leadership Framework and Corporate Business PrinciplesOther duties as assigned by the Transportation Management Team Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma, GED or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in dispatching requiredExperience in transportation preferredAbility to handle multiple people and projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, verbal, and organization skillsSAP knowledge and abilityData analytics and strategy experienceKnowledge of DOT rules and regulationsComputer skills; Microsoft Office; Microsoft Excel Intermediate level preferredAbility to work independently and in a team environmentMust be flexible in working hours - overtime, vacation coverage, and off-shifts Primo Brands’ established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regional leaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, and Zephyrhills®, purified brands, Primo Water® and Sparkletts®, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and AC+ION®.
