Job Description:
Joseph Vertin and Sons Funeral Home is seeking a part-time Support Staff team member to assist with daily administrative tasks and serve as the first point of contact at our front office. This role helps create a welcoming environment for visitors while supporting our funeral directors with administrative needs. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors and answer incoming calls Provide basic information to visitors or clients Take and deliver messages to staff Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area File documents and maintain records as directed by Funeral Directors Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks Make copies, scan documents, and print materials Order or monitor office supplies Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and able to multitask Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software) Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
