The facility is part of a respected healthcare network that serves a population of 65,000 with a regional service area of 115,000. The practice is developing a new Musculoskeletal Center and offers access to both clinic and hospital settings. **Opportunity: Orthopedic Surgery - Spine** Join a collaborative team of 5 well-established orthopedic surgeons in a practice that values subspecialty training. This position offers the chance to develop your career in spine orthopedics with ownership potential in a local Outpatient Surgery Center. **Job Details:** Step into an established practice with immediate patient demand Enjoy 32+ contact hours in the clinic over 4 days per week (8 hours per day), with flexibility to distribute over 5 days if preferred Hospital consultations and rounding are a small component of the schedule Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Anticipated weekly volume: 10 inpatient consultants and 75 office patients Benefit from dedicated PA/NP support Participate in aggressive outreach initiatives Opportunity to be part of the development of a new Musculoskeletal Center Qualifications: MD or DO candidates who are BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance 401(k) with employer contributions Professional development opportunities and tuition reimbursement Employee wellness programs **Compensation:** Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
