Job Type Full-timeDescriptionViralHog is seeking a detail-oriented Content Operations Coordinator to help ensure the smooth workflow of our content creation and publishing processes. This role is essential for delivering high-quality content on time across various platforms. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain content calendars, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities to optimize our content operations.The position reports to the Head of Content but requires cross-collaboration and additional training within various departments, allowing you to assist with Customer Service, Rights Management, and Licensing, as part of your coordinator role.This is a full-time position that requires an in-office presence in our Bozeman, Montana, office. This is an entry level or early career role. Some experience is preferred, but we are willing to train a talented individual who has a positive attitude and is ready to work hard.Requirements Edit licensed videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software with precision and creativity.Stay informed on the rules and guidelines of all social media platforms to ensure ViralHog's channels are compliant and maintain a strong standingConduct thorough quality checks on all content before publication, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelinesPrioritize and respond promptly to emails across multiple departments, even on weekends.Manage reported usage and ownership disputes efficiently and decisivelyIssue DMCA takedown requests on social media platforms without delay when warrantedOversee daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking operational metrics with diligenceIdentify and implement streamlined processes for data discovery, analysis, and reportingCoordinate and track ongoing projects across various departments to ensure alignment and successFoster effective communication to drive timely decision-makingSupport leadership by accurately tracking and updating key performance indicators (KPIs)Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge Competencies:Experience in video editing, particularly with Adobe Premiere Pro, is preferredStrong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities are requiredAbility to write in various styles, including web content, marketing materials, and news releases, etc.Proficiency in Google WorkspaceFamiliarity with social media platforms, such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTokCapability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote teamwork and collaborationA problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative and own tasksFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and the ability to work effectively under pressureThis is an in-person role based at our office in Bozeman, Montana, with a pay range starting at $25.00/hour.
