In this capacity you will mainly help with our Drive-Thru and Express pick up lines, as these have become main staples in what separates WholesomeCo from everyone else in providing high quality products and services to the wonderful patients of Utah. Please Note - This role will have you semi exposed to various weather conditions in our drive-thru, I/E cold weather during the winter months and hot weather during the warmer months. Our Drive-Thru is a roof enclosed space. Responsibilities include:Go above and beyond for our patientsSeek a deep knowledge and understanding of cannabis and the products we offer to our patientsImprove customer service in every facet of the business, whether picking and packing online orders, or helping a customer understand the differences between strainsFollow compliance guidelines from the StateFollow directions and receive feedback from the management and pharmacist team, and provide feedback when possibleComplete all required medical, state and company trainings for your position in a timely mannerEffectively navigate and communicate with team members using our online tools such as Microsoft, Google, Slack and email, and other tools used to improve company efficienciesLearn and speak about cannabis in medical terms and in a manner that any patient will find helpfulLearn and adhere to policies outlined in the WholesomeCo Employee HandbookReport to work on time and be a reliable team memberAct responsibly and always ensure patient and co-worker safetyLearn about the products and how to navigate a patient through the menu to find the products that they are searching forBe friendly with a positive attitudeHave empathy toward medical patients and your co-workersIdentify areas in the company that could be improved and bring ideas to help solve problemsOther job duties as requestedQualifications:Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, mornings, and nightsPrevious experience working in a drive-thru, in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in an express-based pick up environmentAbility to sit and/or stand as well as be mobile & active for the duration of your entire shift Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel and carry up to 50 lbs throughout the duration of your entire shiftAbility to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment, with a growth mindsetGreat organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute flawlessly.Strong ability to work across a variety of tasks with varying deadlines and priorities.
