Office Manager & BookkeeperWe are looking to hire a full-time Office Manager & Bookkeeper to support our entrepreneurial owner of Kari Whitman Interiors, a luxury interior design firm based in Boulder, CO.This role is for someone who moves quickly, stays exceptionally organized, and takes full ownership of their work. You should be the type of person who keeps everything running smoothly without being asked twice and someone who anticipates needs, tracks every detail, and gets things done efficiently and accurately.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, naturally create order out of complexity, and take pride in being reliable and on top of everything, this role will suit you well.What You'll Do:Run day-to-day office operations with speed and precisionOwn HR processes including onboarding, payroll, and staff coordinationManage bookkeeping and financial tracking across multiple projects using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (no QuickBooks)Ensure billing is accurate, organized, and always on timeMonitor expenses, purchases, and company credit cards, including reconciliationsStep in wherever needed to keep operations moving forwardWhat We're Looking For:Someone highly organized and detail-oriented who doesn't let things slipFast, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracyConfident working independently with minimal oversight, or collaboratively when neededAdvanced proficiency in Google Drive (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets) and Microsoft ExcelStrong communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable handling time-sensitive issues, occasionally outside standard hoursAble to work in-office full-time (no remote work) and comfortable around dogsExperience:5+ years in office management, HR, and bookkeeping strongly preferredSchedule & Expectations:In-office role (Boulder, CO)Typical schedule falls within 10am-7pm, Monday-FridayExpect 40-50 hours per week, with flexibility to stay late or come in early when neededOccasional evening or weekend responsiveness may be requiredCompensation$75,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experienceHealth insurancePerformance-based bonuses
