You would be the first associate coming into that structure. You are not expected to push volume or rush through cases to hit numbers. The schedule is designed around urgent care flow rather than packed wellness slots or overnight ER shifts, which tends to translate into more predictable hours.The clinic is part of a larger veterinarian-led group, so there are resources behind the scenes, but day to day decisions stay at the hospital level.
