Electrical Project Manager

Job Description: Electrical Project ManagerMinimum 10 years' experience--would oversees the planning, execution, and completion of electrical system installations, such as Lighting, Distribution, Fire Alarm, Telecom and Security. They would need to be able to coordinate with clients, vendors, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Responsibilities include buying out projects, creating and tracking submittals, tracking project milestones and deadlines, tracking budgets, creating and tracking change orders, managing resources, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, coordinating with Electrical Foreman and General Contractors. Strong communication, technical knowledge, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
