We are a global team of about 3,500 expert Consultants operating in Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia.We are industry agnostic, working across Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, Defense, Energy, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Technology & Media, Manufacturing, and Public Sector.Every day, we support our clients by steering major Projects and Programs, managing Project Portfolios, improving the maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations, and addressing business transformation and change management initiatives.As part of our continued growth in the Northeast region, we are expanding our Boston hub and looking for a passionate Project Scheduler to join our team.What You'll DoAs a Project Scheduler Consultant, you will work within our global network of Project Controls professionals to deliver high-quality scheduling expertise to our clients. You will engage with key stakeholders, represent the MP brand, and play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.Your responsibilities will include:Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated master schedules aligned with project scope, budgets, resources, and deliverablesPerform schedule risk analysis and develop mitigation and recovery plansConduct critical path analysis and proactively identify schedule impactsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, cost controllers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between schedule and costPrepare and present schedule performance reports, dashboards, and executive-level updatesMonitor progress, track milestones, and validate earned value metrics where applicableSupport change management processes and assess impacts to timeline and resourcesEnsure adherence to client scheduling standards and industry best practicesAs a consultant, you will deliver expertise, adapt quickly to new environments, and work collaboratively within diverse teams. You will represent our brand on client sites and leverage our internal tools, methodologies, and training to support successful project delivery.Who You AreBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)2 to 5 years of experience in project scheduling or project controlsProficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft ProjectStrong understanding of critical path methodology (CPM), schedule forecasting, and risk analysisExperience supporting large-scale capital projects in industries such as Life Sciences, Construction, Infrastructure, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Technology, or Energy is preferredPMP and/or PMI-SP certification is a plusStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work onsite in the Boston area and adapt to dynamic project environmentsAbove all, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and develop their expertise in project scheduling and project controls. The reasonable estimate of the current total compensatory salary range for this role in Boston, MA is $80,000 - $100,000 annuallyIn addition to base salary, employees will participate in an annual performance-based incentive program.
