Description Job Title: Community Support Team Leader (CST Lead)Location: Rutherfordton, North Carolina (On-site, Community-Based)Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: $58,000 - $61,000Date Posted: 01-12-2026About the RoleWe’re hiring a Community Support Team Leader (CST Lead) to oversee clinical and administrative operations for the Community Support Team (CST) in North Carolina. In this role, you’ll provide supervision, coordination, and direct clinical support to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to consumers enrolled in CST Services. You’ll work collaboratively with team members to develop and implement Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), monitor client progress, and make adjustments as needed to achieve positive outcomes.
