In this role, you’ll provide supervision, coordination, and direct clinical support to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to consumers enrolled in CST Services. You’ll work collaboratively with team members to develop and implement Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), monitor client progress, and make adjustments as needed to achieve positive outcomes.
