Rehabilitation Director

Rehabilitation Director Shift: Full-Time Rate: $52 - $55/hr. (depending on experience) SIGN ON BONUS: $7,500.00 Responsibilities: * Directing, organizing and evaluating rehabilitation programs services and personnel in his/her region, in a manner that supports the goals of our Sunset Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, while maintaining federal and state regulations the state specific practice acts for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy * Conducts the planning and budget formation for all equipment, supplies and staff related to the department to ensure compliance Qualifications: * Current license as Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Occupational Therapist in NY is required. * Current CPR certification required. * Three years' experience in a long-term care/geriatric care therapy management preferred. * Valid Drivers License * Demonstrates effective time management skills.
