Client Liaison

Job Description:Insight Global is seeking a Client Services Liaison for a leading legal recoveries services organization. This individual will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless daily operations, accurate reporting, and exceptional customer service. The Client Liaison will partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues, manage workflows, and support client initiatives.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clientsManage and maintain daily client deliverables, reporting schedules, and workflowsEnsure accuracy and timeliness of all client documentation and reportsGather clarification and requirements from clients to document processes and standardsCommunicate system, process changes, and issue resolution across teamsPartner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Audit, Media, and Operations teamsLiaise with attorney and agency suppliers to resolve account-level issuesTrack issues through resolution and escalate risks to Management as neededManage client-driven initiatives and special projectsConduct periodic reviews of client inventory and workflowsMonitor and clear automated exception reportingProcess below-authority settlement and reopen requests from suppliersProvide overflow support for inbound call center as neededQualifications:1-3 years of experience in a process-oriented or client-facing environment2-3 years of experience in clients services, administrative, customer service(not call center), legal or sales environmentsIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook (Excel test required)Bachelor's Degree or Associates DegreeExperience with data entry: analyzing reports and ensuring data accuracyAbility to problem-solve, escalate issues appropriately, and meet deadlinesProfessional phone presence; ability to handle inbound inquiriesUnderstanding of regulated or compliance-driven environments (legal, financial, or recoveries-related)
