Tomlinson & Associates, Inc is looking to add to our growing team with the addition of a Regional Property Manager. This position will be responsible and accountable for leading and managing a multi-site multi-family & commercial property portfolio. The Regional Property Manager supports and executes the Company's strategies related to property management operations by directing the team members on the assigned portfolio of properties, and by implementing the policies, procedures, and practices that enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives. This position will also be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations of a commercial portfolio including office, retail, and parking. Experience in marketing and advertising for commercial and multi-family properties. Working knowledge of fair housing laws and practices. Experience procuring and negotiating commercial leases. Experience coordinating, reporting and discussing property operations with owners, investors, and others. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and successfully meet deadlines. Commitment to the companies' goals and philosophy. Willingness to travel on occasion as required Knowledge of Yardi preferred.
