Manufacturing Quality Engineer

• Quality Engineering support for manufacturing of Aerospace Lighting Systems. • NCR, Corrective Action, MRB experience required. Works independently, computer literate • Develops corrective and / or preventive actions for systemic processes and design problems • Manages supplier quality issues through monitoring / escalation processes, escape management, processing of supplier submission of non-conforming material and supporting internal QMR processes • Reviews process control documentation to ensure it is in compliance with requirements, objectives, and/or contracts • ZDPs include the use of RRCA, PPAP Tools, Manufacturing Process Reviews, and Statistical Process Control • Responsible for quality problem resolution, processing and closure of corrective actions. • Root cause and corrective action (8D) experience • Support quality system, product, or technical process audits
