This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and takes ownership of end-to-end system operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement, and document IT infrastructure for enterprise clientsEnsure compliance with SLAs through proactive monitoring and performance managementTroubleshoot complex system issues and implement corrective actionsManage servers, networks, and cloud environmentsExecute system upgrades, patches, and configurationsImplement and maintain information security policiesDrive continuous improvements in system performance and reliabilityRequirementsStrong experience with IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud platforms)Hands-on experience with system administration and performance optimizationKnowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting toolsUnderstanding of cybersecurity and information security practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsCertifications (Preferred)Microsoft Azure (AZ-900, AZ-104 or similar)AWS (Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect)ITIL FoundationLPIC (Linux)VMware (VCP)Cisco (CCNA)LanguagesAdvanced English requiredIntermediate proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred."All vacancies at SONDA are extended to people with disabilities"
