With franchised locations opening across multiple states and hundreds of units committed through our expansion model, we're building a dynamic brand rooted in flavor, innovation, and community.As we continue expanding our franchise network, we're seeking a personable, knowledgeable Corporate Trainer who can empower new franchisees to operate successful, consistent, high-performing restaurants.Location: Florida (Training Center in Boca Raton; Corporate Office in Fort Lauderdale)Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday, 9 to 5, with flexibility for travel as neededTravel: Your day will start and end in either Boca Raton or Fort Lauderdale; living in between is ideal but you won't be driving between the two. There will also be occasional travel to other franchise locations for audits and operations support. Possible out of state travel as well. Role OverviewThe Corporate Trainer will lead training programs for new franchise owners and their teams, ensuring they understand Barrio Burrito Bar's operational standards, brand values, and guest-service expectations. When not actively training, this role will support field operations through store visits, audits, and hands-on coaching.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging, structured training programs for new franchisees and their staffFacilitate classroom, hands-on, and in-store training sessionsEnsure franchisees understand operational procedures, food safety, brand standards, and guest-service expectationsMaintain training materials and update content as the brand evolvesConduct store visits and operational audits when not trainingProvide ongoing coaching and support to franchise operatorsCollaborate with Operations, HR, and Leadership to ensure alignment across training initiativesTrack trainee progress and provide feedback to leadershipQualifications3+ years of experience in training or restaurant operations, ideally in the QSR industryStrong understanding of restaurant workflows, food safety, and operational systemsExcellent communication and presentation skillsPersonable, patient, and able to build rapport with new franchiseesComfortable traveling between Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale weeklyAbility to travel to franchise locations as neededHighly organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing schedulesWhat we offerSalary up to $70,000 USD10 days of paid time offComprehensive health benefitsA chance to grow with a rapidly expanding brand, offering real opportunities for career development, skill-building, and meaningful impact
