We are seeking a Project & Administrative Assistant to join our Boca Raton office. What You'll Be Working On:As a Project & Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting a variety of administrative and technical duties. Responsibilities:Perform general administrative and office support functionsSupport the group's business development and marketing initiativesMaintain databases and prepare reports to support client management and practice developmentConduct data entry, summarize financial information, and manage documentation and bookkeeping tasksAssist in the preparation, formatting, and editing of proposals and pitch materialsFacilitate effective communication within the group and across the firmDevelop and prepare PowerPoint presentations for current and prospective engagementsCompile and organize information required for project initiation and close-out processesAssist with timekeeping, billing processes, and preparation of standardized legal documents for court filings, as well as other reporting requirementsSupport the collection, organization, and maintenance of client dataConduct industry and company research to support projects and business development effortsCoordinate billing activities and invoice processingWhat We're Looking For:We're seeking skilled professionals who can organize tasks, track progress, manage documentation and facilitate communication among stakeholders.Qualifications:Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience requiredAssociate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferredPrior experience in paralegal work, bookkeeping, or accounting is advantageousExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access) and QuickBooksStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectivelyDemonstrated adaptability and ability to manage competing demands under pressureStrong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsEmployees at GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group LLC receive competitive compensation and a full range of benefits.
