The position involves working with adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients in a facility with 34 geriatric beds, 20 adult beds, and 10 PICU beds. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM Rounding: 8 AM - 3 PM; remaining time for call and charting Average caseload: 14 patients per shift Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage treatment plans Prescribe medications and provide psychotherapy Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Maintain accurate patient documentation Qualifications: PMHNP license in WV (unrestricted) Master's/Doctorate in Nursing + PMHNP certification 1+ year of psychiatric clinical experience Strong clinical and communication skills Benefits Compensation Structure: $550 per shift $100 per ED consult $150/day for covering daytime admissions $350/night for covering overnight call $143,000k annual, with additional earning potential from ED consults.
