Your main focus will be to ensure a safe and secure environment for our clients, their employees, and assets. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in security or public safety, demonstrate high integrity, and maintain a vigilant and professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities: Engage in various assignments, including events, construction sites, retail locations, and corporate environments. Patrol assigned areas and maintain high visibility to deter any incidents. Monitor entry and exit points to ensure access is granted only to authorized individuals. Take action to remove trespassers or unauthorized personnel when needed. Review surveillance footage for any unusual or suspicious activities. Respond promptly to incidents and reports of suspicious behavior. Document all incidents thoroughly and complete daily activity reports. Qualifications: Preferred: Valid Driver's License. Preferred: Previous experience as a Security Officer, Guard, or a similar role. Required: Valid Illinois PERC Card and completion of 20-Hour Basic Training. Must have a reliable mobile device with internet access for reporting and communication. Strong understanding of public safety/security protocols. Excellent written communication and report-writing abilities. Exemplify integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment. Demonstrate strong observational skills and attention to detail. This position is based in Illinois.
