We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!Position Summary: Responsible for full-cycle Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Leave Management, File Management, Employee Safety, and Recognition Programs As a participating hospital of Ernest Health, we offer robust recognition, wellness, and retention programs. Minimum five (5) years' experience in HR Management role required. HR Certification preferred. OR any equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to develop HR programs and policies based on business new requirements Ability to develop technical papers, policy papers and to present technical information to senior management people Ability to mentor and supervise staff Ability to negotiate contribution agreement and contracts Responsibilities The Director of Human Resources is the primary individual responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function at the hospital. Uses his or her expertise and training in Human Resources functions to put in place and manage the implementation of all necessary Human Resources policies and protocols necessary for successful operation of the hospital. Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
