Job coaches guide student workers by answering questions and providing feedback so that the student can develop work skills and gain independence. Typical shifts are 3-4 hours. Common businesses include grocery stores, schools, hotels, retail stores, etc. The compensation for this position is $16/hour. This position is not eligible for benefits.
