Role name: POS - Delivery Manager-QA Work site: Seattle (Onsite) Primary Skills: • Test Delivery Management, POS testing, Retail Testing, End to End Testing • Test Lead capabilities, Agile, Automation Testing • Test Management tools Secondary Skills: Azure and DB Testing Client Interview (Y/N): Y Lead a team of QA, QE, TDM professionals to support E2E test execution for NGPOS releases • Collaborate with Client stakeholders, including technical project manager, development teams, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and manage the testing strategies to meet business needs • Define Testing Strategy and approach to support store pilot, and release deployments as per rollout plan or defined roadmap • Align with Client to assess possible risk elements during testing phases and create mitigation plans • Provide monthly status reporting on test execution progress, issues/risks, assumptions and dependencies • Liaison to drive test execution and defect remediation with teams and assist testing team to resolve the road blockers during In-sprint, E2E testing phases
