As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent to support Xerox's growth and strategic priorities. Leveraging tools like Avature, you'll manage a seamless hiring process, create exceptional candidate experiences, and drive impactful recruitment strategies that align with our mission to foster diversity and innovation. Our recruitment team is essential to Xerox's success, enabling us to grow, evolve, and inspire while delivering on our commitment to inclusivity and excellence. You'll also lead process improvements and streamline efficiencies to build a best-in-class recruitment journey. The Corporate Recruiter must be based on the East Coast and able to work East Coast hours. Sourcing and Candidate Engagement: Identify qualified candidates through Avature, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future roles leveraging various tools. Develop creative and innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools. Recruitment Process Management: Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies. Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with Xerox's values. Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, facilitating feedback, and negotiating offers. Provide a first-class candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication. Process Improvement and Candidate Experience: Analyze and refine recruitment workflows and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness through all channels of engagement. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement strategies for streamlining hiring processes. Focus on enhancing the overall candidate experience by ensuring timely responses, clear communication, and a seamless journey from application to onboarding. Leverage data and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the recruitment process. Collaboration and Strategy: Partner with business leaders & managers, serving as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on hiring best practices and diversity recruitment. Lead and support cross-functional projects aimed at improving recruiting operations, systems, or end-to-end workflow effectiveness. Provide consistent updates to hiring leaders through scheduled calls, dashboards, and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment. Support managers in initiating requisitions by guiding them on process, system navigation, and best practices. Promote and model recruitment best practices, helping leaders optimize hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record of success as a recruiter in a fast-paced, complex, and global organization. Experience using Avature or other applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Experience contributing to or leading projects that enhance recruitment operations, workflows, or systems to improve overall process effectiveness. Exceptional organizational, time-management, and customer service skills.
