We're looking for a motivated and dependable team member to join our production and warehouse operations.Role OverviewAs a Food Manufacturing & Warehouse Associate, you will support daily production, packaging, and warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment. This role is hands-on and integral to maintaining product quality, operational efficiency, and safety standards. You will also gain exposure to operating packing equipment and supporting broader plant operations.Key Responsibilities•Assist in the production, assembly, and packaging of food products•Operate and support production equipment (mixers, conveyors, packaging machines)•Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts•Monitor production lines to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance•Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues•Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in line with GMP standards•Accurately complete production and inventory documentation•Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets•Follow all safety, quality, and operational proceduresQualifications•High school diploma or equivalent•Previous experience in food manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred•Forklift experience (stand-up and sit-down) required•Familiarity with GMP and food safety standards is an asset•Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment•Team-oriented with good communication skills•Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods)What We Offer•Competitive hourly wage•Growth and advancement opportunities within a scaling organization•Benefits stipend after 90 days•Paid time off•On-the-job training and development•Supportive and inclusive work environment•Monday-Friday day shift scheduleEqual Opportunity EmployerBlue Ocean Tea is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
