Job DescriptionThe Delivery Coordinator will be responsible to effectively communicate the following information.Present Ford/Lincoln products in an effective manner that ensures customer understandingMaintain a high degree of product and technical knowledgeDemonstrate features of the vehicle, show the customer navigation, SYNC (i.e. help them connect Bluetooth to their mobile phone)Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issuesCheck the detailing to ensure it's pristine for the customerDealership orientation welcome tour - introducing customers to the various points of interest of the dealershipHelp with new and used vehicle descriptionsJob RequirementsThe ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. We're looking for a friendly, tech-savvy individual to fill our Delivery Coordinator / Product Specialist opening. This role is heavily focused on customer service.
