As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Additional duties include maintaining recruitment databases, attending career fairs, and devising strategies to attract top talent aligned with the company's values and goals.QualificationsExperience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidatesKnowledge of recruitment strategies and ability to manage end-to-end hiring processesStrong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with hiring managers and candidatesProficiency in utilizing recruitment software and platformsFamiliarity with employment laws and practicesOrganizational skills to manage multiple job requisitions and prioritize tasksExperience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field is preferredAbility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
