LOCUM Urgent Care NP/PA 135444: Northeast, Alabama Job Description:Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute conditions in patients of all agesProvide treatment for injuries, infections, and urgent care needs Perform minor procedures: suturing, splinting, incision & drainage, etc.Conduct physical exams, including DOT and pre-employment physicalsOrder and interpret labs, X-rays, and EKGs Typical # of patients per day: 35-45 per 12-hour shiftLocums provider would typically be solo but would have experienced MAs on staffHours provider can work/choose: Monday-Friday 8 am - 8 pm, Saturdays and Sundays 9 am - 5 pm Become an ICON: Never worry about your travel accommodations again!
