Our passion is rooted in the outdoor community, and we are steadfastly committed to serve as Your Shooting Sports SourceJob Summary:The Account Representative will be trained to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues with products or services, and maintain customer satisfaction levels. An Account Representative will undergo extensive training and development programs to gain valuable experience in sales, customer service, product knowledge, and building relationships with clients. The expectation of this position is to grow into an Account Manager within the allotted training period.Responsibilities: Learn about IVS's products and demonstrate knowledge to customersProcess orders, assist with payment tracking, and other administrative tasksDevelop new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new applications and sales opportunitiesCommunicate with customers via phone and emailDevelop relationships with key customers to ensure retention and identify potential growth opportunitiesDevelop key sales tactics and strategies through shadowing and trainingMaintain and update prospecting lists to identify potential customers for the sales pipelineAttend team meetings, conference calls, and training programs to improve sales skills and product knowledgeCollaborate with marketing to develop and distribute customer communications and promotional materialsMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM systemSupport other departments as needed to provide exceptional service to customersDesired Qualifications/Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Sales, Customer Service, or other related rolePositive attitude and eager to developThrives in fast-paced environments; can multitask effectively and efficientlyComfortable working both independently and collaborating in a team settingSelf-determined and takes initiative in creating solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift 10 pounds occasionallyMust be able to travel as needed
