Based in Birmingham, AL, ARC Realty is dedicated to supporting its agents, clients, and the communities it serves.Role DescriptionThe Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality marketing materials that support both the company's brand and the day-to-day needs of ARC agents. Responsibilities include designing social media graphics, print collateral, presentations, and digital assets while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and strong attention to detail across all deliverables.This role works closely with agents and internal team members every day, requiring strong communication skills, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple active projects efficiently. The Graphic Designer will also support marketing campaigns, company initiatives, and events while utilizing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and project management platforms to deliver effective, on-brand creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsStrong graphic design skills with the ability to create marketing materials across digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, presentations, and collateral.Ability to work directly with agents and team members to understand needs and deliver effective, on-brand creative solutions.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.High level of attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy across all deliverables.Strong proficiency in Canva is required.Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus.Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Trello is beneficial.Who You AreYou are organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in producing clean, polished work.
