Key Responsibilities: Leading a team of professionals in developing bridge design and construction plan development for bridge rehabilitation and replacement projects. Creating and updating specs and contract documents for State DOT and Municipal Projects Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. PE Required. 10+ years of transportation infrastructure design experience. Project experience with State DOT's preferred. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microstation required. Business Development experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to effectively participate as part of a project team, develop and maintain client relations, and meet project demands and schedules.
