Registered Nurse (RN) The Orchards Michigan, located in Big Rapids, MI, is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: - Provide nursing care to assigned patients. - Administer and record medications and treatments as required. - Prepare for and assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with diagnostic procedures and treatments. - Reinforce and provide healthcare instructions to patients and their families. - Collaborate with team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities. - Assist with the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients. - Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition to the appropriate personnel. - Record observations related to patients' responses to nursing care in patient charts. - Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients. - Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of the unit as assigned.
