This person will partner closely with leadership to manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate, creative, and operational functions while also supporting onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR compliance.This is a highly visible role that will help shape the organization by building scalable people processes, attracting top talent, and fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and operational excellence.Important: Candidates must have prior experience in the fashion or apparel industry. This is a key requirement for the role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruiting across corporate, creative, and operational rolesDevelop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business needsManage onboarding, employee relations, and HR policiesPartner with leadership on performance management and workforce planningOversee HR compliance, documentation, and internal HR processesQualifications4+ years of experience in HR and recruitingStrong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesRequired: experience in fashion or apparelExperience recruiting for creative and/or e-commerce roles preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail
