Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant you will be a key player in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of our operations. Responsibilities include general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, financial reporting, and cost analysis. The ideal candidate will bring a strong accounting background, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Maintain and reconcile the general ledger for accurate financial records.Record financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles and company policies.Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Conduct cost analysis to optimize manufacturing expenditures.Collaborate with operational teams to monitor and analyze manufacturing costs.Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Reconcile balance sheet accounts in a timely manner.Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting or FinanceThree or more years of experience, ideally within a manufacturing environmentExperience using ERP systems like Syteline and QuickBooks is a plusStrong analytical skills, able to analyze financial data and trends to provide meaningful insights.
