Locum FNP needed in Bethel, AK NEW UPDATE: DOT Certification required prior to starting and client is requesting one week on/one week off schedule and all travel will be covered. Hourly + Travel Credentialing: 2-3 weeks Start: June 23 End: October 3 LOA: 3 or 6 month contracts Schedule: M-F 8-5 No village travel ONE WEEK ON/ONE WEEK OFF (client will cover travel to and from assignment each week, OR if they would like to stay in AK the entire assignment Patient Volume: 8-10 patients per day Procedures: Chronic care, hypertension, diabetes management, comfortable seeing all ages EMR: NextGen License: AK license Certifications: ACLS/BLS, DEA, DOT Cert now required during credentialing or prior.
