Human Resources Manager Pay: $85-100K DOE + Robust Benefits Package Location: Berthoud, CO Position Type: Direct Hire Why consider this Human Resources Manager position: Work closely with the President and Controller, serving as a key consultant on staffing, wages, and long-term planning. From ISO 9001 compliance and safety committees to event planning, your impact is felt in every corner of the company. Manage the full employee lifecycle, from the first interview and onboarding to benefits and professional development. Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, fostering a supportive and "family-owned" work environment. How you'll spend your time as a Human Resources Manager: Partner with the President on policy updates and raises while collaborating with the Controller on payroll and benefit processes. Take the lead on staffing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure every department has the talent it needs to succeed. Execute company-wide payroll with precision (Paylocity) and serve as the in-house expert for Open Enrollment and FMLA. Maintain ISO 9001 standards, manage Worker's Comp as a liaison, and stay active on the Safety Committee. Serve as the primary point of contact for conflict resolution, investigations, and keeping the Employee Handbook current. Conduct wage analysis surveys to ensure the company remains a competitive employer of choice in the local market. Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Human Resources Manager: 310+ years of HR experience with appropriate certifications and bachelor's degree Proficiency with HRIS systems is required (experience with Paylocity is a huge plus!). A proven ability to work with minimal supervision and manage a department with high attention to detail. Experience setting up benefit plans, negotiating and educating employees on plans offered.
