This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting both in-person and virtual operations. The position involves light office management duties, basic facility upkeep, and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.ResponsibilitiesSupport daily office operations to maintain a clean, organized, and functional work environmentTake out trash regularly and ensure common areas are well-maintainedUnload and load the dishwasher as neededRestock kitchen and office supplies, including the refrigeratorClean and maintain whiteboards and shared office spacesPick up lunch orders on designated days (Tuesday and Thursday)Assist with basic office coordination needs for in-person and virtual meetingsProvide general support to the Director of Operations and office staffEnsure the office is prepared for guests, meetings, and daily useRequirementsReliable, punctual, and dependable with strong attention to detailComfortable working independently in a professional office settingBasic understanding of workplace technology (Zoom, email, scheduling tools, etc.)Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize small daily tasksProfessional demeanor and good communication skillsAbility to work both in-person and support virtual operations as needed
