This role is a critical thought partner, working cross-functionally to analyze, shape, and transform the Marketplace business. You'll lead forecasting, closing, and performance storytelling efforts that provide actionable insights and guide executive decisions to accelerate Marketplace growth What you'll do... * Provide financial analysis and insights to support business forecast, close, and decision-making for the Marketplace and broader eCommerce business. * Use digital tools and data to generate business insights and support ongoing projects. * Build and maintain relationships across teams to improve communication and align on key initiatives. * Support the execution of company strategies, deliver results, and contribute to team development. * Assist the business in making efficient decisions by analyzing costs and benefits. * Prepare financial support and business cases for important projects and initiatives. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
